Whether you have been recently diagnosed or are looking for a new provider for HIV care, our clinicians and Care Navigators will be with you every step of the way. While there is not yet a cure, HIV is treatable. Simple care plans now include a single daily pill that will ensure you have a healthy immune system and can prevent transmission to your sex partner(s). Regardless of your insurance status or ability to pay, we will help secure your medications confidentially and at little to no cost to you.

A prescribed treatment plan ensures you have a healthy immune system and an undetectable viral load, which makes HIV untransmittable to your partner(s). The term “viral load” describes the amount of the virus in someone’s blood. A high viral load increases the risk of transmitting the virus to others. With the right medication, we can help reduce the viral load and keep it suppressed. Sometimes this is referred to as Undetectable = Untransmittable, or U=U, indicating the undetectable viral load is maintained for at least 6 months.
The Care Navigation Team will offer you the choice of an at-home TeleKind test kit, discreetly packaged and mailed direct to you, or schedule your appointment at one of our partner labs. You can choose from either a local Clinical Pathology Lab or Quest Diagnostic Lab location that is most convenient for you to receive free lab work.
So that you know you’re receiving the best care, we will assign you a personal Care Navigator who can help answer any questions you may have including information about your test kit, appointment scheduling, instructions for any additional labs, etc. Your Care Navigator will also ensure you receive your prescriptions at little to no cost to you, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

*All appointments and services we offer are free of charge, including lab work when you use our test kits or lab partners. We will also work with you to ensure any medications are provided at little to no cost to you.
